La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Northwest

We always stay here when we visit my parents. Our stay is always restful and comfortable. The room is very clean and the staff is kind and professional. We get the complementary breakfast and it never disappoints- delicious! I highly recommend staying here!

Property was close to venue in Helotes and very clean and quiet.

Excellent like always

We stayed here during a recent power outage in San Antonio. Despite being completely full (we made reservations on line), we had a very fast and friendly check in, even with several people ahead of us. We needed a handicapped accessible room, and the room worked very well, with relatively low beds and grab bars and such in the bathroom (I stayed with my 96 year old mom, her power was out.) I forgot my pillow when I checked out (bought from home, it was a temperpedic) and they held it for me to pick up which I really appreciated. A couple of notes, it is a bit tricky to get to, for two reasons - one, it isn't easy to get to from Bandera Road which is the exit road to the access lanes along 1604, and second, people drive like maniacs on the access road, so its hard to move over, so we had to loop around, which isn't that easy either with the road layout. But neither of those are the hotel's fault. And it was nice that the hotel was actually pretty quiet given it was so close to a major highway. It was a very nice stay.
