Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay.

The hotel was again very good with a great room and very clean. The breakfast was good value and the bar and staff helpful. Check-in could have been smoother. 15 minutes with only two guests seemed quite long
