The basement room with garden had some problems -- odor from cats who seemed to pee in the hallway leading to the garden.
However, we were able to upgrade for a relatively modest fee to the family double on the first floor, which was very nice -- pretty balcony, high ceilings, very clean. Overall a good stay.
