Best hotel I stayed in on my trip. Staff are absolutely excellent and will do anything for you. Food and drinks were amazing. Room was nice and cold in the summer. Very good vegan options. Clean hotel, great location.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We loved the attached restaurant and rooftop bar. The rooms were very clean and cozy.

Loved the staff at this hotel. They took the time to get to know us and our plans to provide better services. They asked about allergies and helped organize a day trip to Ha Long Bay!

From the moment you check in the staff is incredibly attentive. They greet you with a cup of tea and a pastry and give you a five minute orientation on Hanoi and things to do. An oasis for road weary travelers after a long flight from the US or after hiking the rice terraces in Sapa.
Without thinking about it, I mentioned that my stomach was a little upset. Within five minutes of being in my room, they brought me some ginger tea for my stomach. That’s going the extra mile.
