The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesnât really matter. The bed was quite hard.

The room was very clean. However, the thing that made this place SO great was the staff/owners!! They truly wanted to help in any way they could. (And I needed help with several items!!đ Day or night, they were friendly, cheerful and willing to help. They always made you feel welcome and it showed with how comfortable all the guests were! It might not be fancy or luxury, but I would definitely recommend to others and I would return any time I am in the area!!đ
