The people who has the hotel were very accommodating as we came in late and they had technically closed but they came and open the doors for us and got us settled and helped us with parking as we arrived in the middle of a festival - very friendly and nice people

I had a truly wonderful stay at Mazzini Palace. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling – it genuinely felt like they had put their heart and soul into creating this place. A special thank you to Giulia, who was an absolute professional. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with any request. Her approach made the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The room was spotless, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional throughout my stay. Everything was cleaned daily, the towels were changed every day, and fresh water was brought to the room daily, which I really appreciated. Little touches like slippers and a shower cap – just like in a five-star hotel – made the experience feel especially comfortable and thoughtful. The room itself was beautiful, with very high ceilings that made you genuinely feel like you were staying in a modern palace – spacious, elegant, and full of character. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and everything fresh and nicely presented. It really set a positive tone for the day. Another highlight was the view – from the hotel you can see Mount Etna, which made the stay even more special and memorable. Although the location is in a quieter area and requires a bit of travel to reach the main attractions, the peaceful atmosphere can be a nice advantage if you prefer to stay away from busy tourist crowds. I would absolutely recommend Mazzini Palace👌
