King's Cross Express Inn

Staff member in reception was great. Very friendly and always happy to help Room was compact - but clean and comfortable and great location with bars and restaurants close by and short walk to Kings Cross station and Tube! Perfect for city break when you don’t intend on staying in hotel much

Clean great helpful staff close to everything especially train station

Clean room Helpful friendly staff Cooling was good & not responsive to lower cool No breakfast offered The shower needs instructions - how to use two different shower heads

I was very impressed during my stay , after reading some reviews, I was a little dubious, however, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ideally located a few minutes walk from King’s Cross , the only negative is The room it’s self was small , I was on my own but it was just right I do think two people may struggle unless small build and travel light , the room was extremely clean, bed very comfortable, fresh towels daily and bed made , air conditioning, Yes there was stains on Hal way carpets but honestly the room it’s self and staff could not fault would definitely stay agin
