This hotel was located in Laureles, a very good and calm area of Medellin. The staff at this hotel were so excellent and the service was superb. Every single request that I made was attended in a timely manner. We had an issue with the AC and the staff quickly made the arrangements so a tech could check it out. When the problem persisted I was quickly moved to a new room. Shoutout to Oscar for being so attentive and kind. Breakfast was good as well.

Staff is always attentive and helpful. This is my go-to hotel in Medellín and they (Oscar in particular) recognize me and basically treat me like royalty-and I am for from that, but it is nice to enjoy it nonetheless.

I had an excellent stay at First Class Hotel. I’m giving it 5 stars because the staff was consistently helpful and professional, the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless, and the overall property was very well maintained.
I especially appreciated the extra assistance with my Rappi food delivery orders — staff kindly helped coordinate and bring them up to my room, which made things very convenient.
The property also felt safe and secure throughout my stay, which gave me real peace of mind. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff awesome, coffee shop and Oscar again awesome. Safe and located in Laureles neighborhood which has a nice vibe. Walkable and the rooms are very nice! Small gym and breakfast in the am!
