Hotel was very good. Rafael at the front desk was amazing. His help and service to find great food and accommodate our room needs was outstanding.

As we found out the hard way, there are two Calle 43 in Valladolid. One in the center and one in the suburbs. Our GPS unfortunately was only finding the one in the suburbs. When we realized we were lost and called the hotel to get directions, they were particularly unhelpful.
Other than that, location in the center is good and the rooms are adequate. The parking lot is not close to the hotel though. So plan to park in front of the hotel first, to unload your luggage.
