We stayed at KOKO Hotel Premier Hakata for 7 nights, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Japan.
From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with a smile and were incredibly patient whenever we needed assistance. Their kindness made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained every day. The hotel’s location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Hakata, Tenjin, and the surrounding areas while still being quiet enough for a good night’s sleep.
What impressed us the most was the level of hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and those small acts of kindness made a big difference during our trip.
Thank you to everyone at KOKO Hotel Premier Hakata for making our holiday so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your wonderful service and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Fukuoka.
Highly recommended!
