Hotel has a nice layout, had a few issues when we first arrived but they were sorted out quickly.
Overall a nice relaxing holiday with plenty to do onsite if you don’t want to travel or go on excursions.

The animation tema was great. Water slides were open from morning till evening. Great hotel for families.

An excellent option for families with a brilliant water park, wave pool and right on a beautiful beach. Fantastic staff, lovely and clean, with gorgeous views across to Turkey.
Easy travel distance (6km) via a 15 euro taxi to Kos or local buses available. Easy to get back via taxi as well, unlike some other countries. No waiting in taxi queues.
Airport transfer was a breeze too. Only issue I had was the limited vegan options, but that's kind of a given for now when travelling abroad. Staff were very helpful around this though, for example, soya milk is available on request.
Overall, no complaints, and we had the most marvellous time!
We are definitely coming back as soon as possible!!

It was an amazing experience, the room was so clean, staff is really helpful when you ask for help. Food is good with lots of choices. Aquapark is full of entertainment if you have kids. Kids are enjoying full-day. We will come again next year with my family.
Only a criticize for the hotel is the alcohols were not good enough! The taste of the drink&coctails is like water! Probably the reason is full-inclusive concept however the management should rethink about drinks problem.
