The staff, especially Kayla, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. She really made a positive impression and provided excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, there was a power issue around 2:30 a.m. on my last night that caused the air conditioning to stop working. The room phone also kept shutting off and rebooting, making a loud chiming noise each time. I reported the issue, but the response time was much slower than expected. The room became hotter by the minute, making it difficult to stay comfortable, so I decided to get ready and check out around 9:00 a.m., even though checkout wasn’t until noon. That was a disappointing way to end an otherwise pleasant stay.
Overall, the property has a lot of potential, but it could definitely benefit from more consistent upkeep and maintenance. It’s a nice property, grea great also but there are visible signs of neglect that take away from the overall experience.
