8 / 10Eccellente·ott 2025
Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It’s beautiful inside and the bed was very comfortable.
The towels however were very small and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel, and I’d have also expected water in the room rather than having to ask for it. Would have been much nicer to have a coffee machine rather than small instant coffee sachets. A couple of these small changes would make it more of a 5 star experience. I also didn’t receive the free wine as per my Expedia benefit, and wasn’t offered an upgraded room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate (in fact the entire property was). This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it.
