I was skeptical about this place but for the life and the proximity to the Eiffel tower. It's a good deal! The room was clean and well maintained. However it was very hot in the room the A/C did not work . Opening the window meant hearing the sound of the train passing. Overall good deal for 3 nights .

Up set the air conditioner have fungi and dos ent works but give us air fan. Bet confortable
The picture You have to leave the window open; right in the middle of the city, you can hear police sirens and other noises, and light streams in. The photo suggests that you can see the Eiffel Tower from there, but it’s unclear if it is actually relatively close by. There are two train stations nearby.
