Clean room, AC was super loud but definitely worked and kept the room nice and cool

Room was clean and it looked like it had been updated. No hair dryer or iron which I thought was the norm for almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. Main thing we noticed and others that joined us was that the elevator always smelled awful! The room however, smelled great! The employee the first night was awesome! The employee the second night was like a sloth! So slow to get anything! Our room was not cleaned the second day so we had to go down and ask for more towels. He took forever and brought me two! Explaining that we needed more towels because no one had cleaned our room that day took forever for him to process and then go get the towels. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
