Great location. Lovely staff. Beds very hard. Breakfast was ok but mostly inside and very hectic

We (3 mature ladies) received a lovely welcome on arrival, staff very friendly and helpful. No request was too much to ask. Very obliging. Rooms and amenities were great. Made use of the pools where were we maintained.
Would stay at Pullman Legian again and will recommend to family and friends. Hotel is a great location to beach. Shopping and restaurants.
