The view... it's magnificent! Walk out the door of your room and be confronted with the pure beauty of Tuscany. I don't think we've ever spent so much time just relaxing with a drink and a snack, overlooking the countryside. We saw beautiful sunsets and also a thunderstorm. Wish we had booked more nights.
A short walk to the historic town of San Gimignano. The hosts are truly welcoming and helpful. They can organise a wonderful wine tasting tour (with a discount) and provide a lovely breakfast, with that view, using mostly local produce.
It's a bnb, so there's no fancy hotel amenities like room service or a pool or gym, but wow, they have the location.
Easy to park off you drive, right near a bus stop if you didn't.

The owners are amazing. The room was clean, the breakfast was always fresh and homemade. We used the covered outdoor seating area every afternoon to enjoy a bottle of wine and take in the SPECTACULAR view. Anna even shared her delicious Torte recipe with us and we cannot wait to try and replicate when we get home.

This is a fabulous bed and breakfast, just outside the walls of San Gimignano and within easy walking distance of the cathedrals and basilicas inside the medieval city. We had an incredible suite with large bedroom, bathroom and wonderful kitchen. Breakfast was served in a covered room overlooking the fields and rolling hills of Tuscany. Breakfast itself was fresh and homemade. Coffee was delicious. We stayed here two night and cannot imagine a better place. Thank you for the hospitality!

This was a fantastic find. Our hosts Allessandro and Anna made us so welcome and provided the best breakfast we have ever had, ( along with Anna’s freshly baked cake) that along with the beautiful views and closeness to the centre made it just perfect.
