Wonderful front desk staff! Could not be more conveniently located and view was beautiful. Room was fine - but a bit noisy because it was on same floor as front desk and breakfast area.

Hotel is situated directly in front of the Duomo view. Location is great for getting out and walking the town. Breakfast is served and coffee is always available, but we left too early to have it in the morning .
I did leave my hat in my room when we left, we’ll see if they send it

Hotel is in an amazing location, room had large window/door that I could open up to a view of the duomo. Staff were very friendly and helpful, icing on the cake was free gelato all day whenever you wanted it
