The people that work at the desk were very friendly and helped carry the luggage up to the room, which was excellent because there are no elevator elevators

Breakfast had an interesting variety, I LOVED the fresh squeezed blood orange juice!
Melania at the front desk was charming & very professional.
She took excellent care of my out of the ordinary international travel timing needs.
The opera fest in Bellini Park added the charm of live operatic soprano rehearsals in the mornings
