Do Ubatuba Praia Hotel só tenho ELOGIOS, porém do EXPEDIA só DECEPÇÃO
I purchased reservations at the Ubatuba Praia Hotel for myself and my wife through Expedia.com.br. Check-in date: May 14th, Check-out date: May 18th, 2026. Expedia number: 72074195759973 - Purchase date: May 10th, 2026.
I wanted to pay in installments without interest, but this option was not given to me, and the full amount of R$ 1,597.96 was charged, including R$ 46.54 in taxes and fees.
I immediately called the Ubatuba Praia Hotel, who told me I had to call Expedia.

In other words, ONE passed the buck to the OTHER, and the OTHER passed the buck to ONE, and I was left with the LOSS. I tried to reach an agreement with EXPEDIA and nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN EXPEDIA.
