Great location in the middle of Hebden Bridge and excellent breakfast. Rooms vary in terms of noise - at the back by the stream are lovely and quiet.

Beautiful old property, well presented. Breakfast fine. Disappointing that no water - either hot or cold - the first evening, due to a leak which couldn’t be fixed. These things happen but an apology/ acknowledgment of inconvenience from staff would have been welcome.
