Our villa was perfect and the staff were happy to help in any way to make our stay as carefree as possible

Room ok, bathroom not good - sink sprayed water everywhere making the surrounding space unusable. Broken toilet seat. Mould on bathroom ceiling.
Some very nice staff though, especially Joy & Mr Nyoman.
