Villa was in a good location- not too busy and not too far from supermarkets, local laundry service, atm and an easy ride to restaurants in various locations. Facilities excellent but be aware sometimes the electricity overloads and you just need to reset the switch on the board if it trips.

Amazing villa. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Just wish a fraction closer to Legian/Seminak.

Water not working in the first day we arrived, staff were helpful and had to spend next couple of hours coming back and forth to get it working.
Then no hot water for last 2 days of 3 night stay.
Outdoor kitchen area poor condition, cupboards filthy and weathered, would not leave food or supplies in them.
Fridge stopped working on second day with some dairy and yakult spoiling.
Felt safe with security door to villas locked up at night.
