Clean room. Free wifi. Complementary coffee and water. Good AC. Mini fridge.
There is construction happening at the building directly across the street that starts pretty early in the morning, but there's nothing the property can do about it.

Great, comfortable and clean guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood. Parking garage was very close and it was easy to avoid ZTL and come in north side of the city. The neighborhood was peaceful at night, and we enjoyed a great meal at Il Fellini just steps away. Drinks/snacks/wine shops/pharmacy all very close by. The room was excellent with comfy bed, balcony, small fridge and smart TV. Nice bathroom with a shower shelf (for our fellow US travelers, that's a big plus). We stayed two nights and loved the location, especially nice to escape the excitement of Rome after a long day of tours and exploring. Only note is some nearby construction, however that was limited to day hours and did not affect our stay. 10/10 stay for us.
