The hotel has great parking, very close to everything, whether it be the Marina or Cozemel, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Las Coloradas, etc. I loved the pool and sauna. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and cleaned regularly during my stay. However, I did have to kill a few cockroaches, which made me uneasy about sleeping. The shower water never got warm, and I like HOT showers, and the water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Minor issues, I'd stay there again were I to travel back.

The building is well located, central, and conveniently close to the beach, which makes it easy to access nearby attractions and services. The location is one of the main advantages of this property. However, the unit does not meet the standards expected of a luxury penthouse. The internet service did not function properly, the water pressure was poor, and there was significant noise due to a neighboring venue that hosts loud parties daily. Additionally, the television and audio system in the master bedroom were not operational. While the convenience of being close to everything is a positive aspect, the overall condition and amenities of the unit do not align with how it is advertised.
