Lonbardo was excellent at check in. Giving us options and showing us places to see.

This Apartament has two rooms and we were in one room, looks good but the problem is the shower.
All 6 days we can’t did normal shower, little bit water and change from warm to hot water for any reason.
We informed Lombardo but he can’t did anything.
