The remote to the lamps would not work, and the tv was hard to work and would not connect to the internet we did what the instructions in the binder said. Everything else was good.

clean room. Polite informative staff. Great view of beach. Parking more than sufficient.

This hotel is very close to the beach and amazing promenade. It's very well maintained property with attention to details. Our room (economy studio) was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchenette, Bed was verycomfortable. However, you can hear every word from the next room.... It feels like there is no privacy. Some work should be done to improve insulation between the rooms.

This location was great to be next to the boardwalk and close to downtown Seaside. We paid for an ocean view and didn't realize that the ocean was so far away, you couldn't even hear it. The room was nice, but the bed was super squeaky and noisy when one of us rolled over during the night. It had the feeling of a pull-out. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

This was our first time staying in Seaside for our annual family beach trip and I’m so glad we were lucky to find The Tides. The property was beautiful. The kids had a great time. We loved it so much we reserved a unit for our next annual family beach trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.
