The hotel is in a great location in the city. All the key sites and more are in walking distance. The check-in process was easy and they had luggage storage. There were toiletries available in the lobby to take if needed. I liked the way they managed housekeeping.

Location of the hotel is convenient, even the hotel doesn't close to the metro station, there have many restaurants and shopping centers, also Nijo fish market.
If I plan to visit Sapporo next time, I would book this hotel again.
