I like the quiet AC. It’s a A plus. So I can sleep well at night. Friendly staff and clean room. If the mattress is harder would be perfect. Definitely will come back again.

Nice hotel but the black out curtain does not cover the whole window and the sun streams in through the side of the curtain. (This cost a star on the rating.)
Breakfast was not included. Charge to park in garage, but plenty of street parking for free!
Location is good if you are in the area. Not great depending on where you need to go in LA. But good for my family and friends.
Gym is 3 machines and some weights. TV did not work on the treadmill. Makes for a boring workout.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The room was great and bathroom was very modern and seemed really new and modern. Our view wasn’t great, just an empty parking lot, but that was a non-issue. The hot tub and outdoor sitting/eating areas were very nice. I read some reviews mentioning the parking garage and having difficulty parking, I never had any issues, there was always a spot available when we were there. The price is $27.50 per night to park which is about the same as every other hotel I’ve stayed at in the greater LA area over the past few years.
