They need to replace their door locks. The TEAM went way above and beyond to assist me in accessing my room. Very inconvenient. The locks need to be replaced. They don't work. Again everyone was amazing...service with a smile. Spend some $ and update the door locks.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, spacious, close to dining options, breakfast for kids. This was my first time stating with this hotel. I will add it to my small list of options.
