The booking in was a major issue . When you are travelling from Canada and you have to book in on your phone, it is difficult. The scanning took 5 times. I had to find a room that wasn't bright that would accept the scan.
When I had to do the deposit the code from the bank disappeared quickly and to refund it I lost the original forms.
This was frustrating. The elevator was broken. I am 71 and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase. Lucky I didn't have a heart attack !!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and will happily stay again. It's easy access to the city centre, the rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable 🙂
