We booked a plunge pool room however no pool towels were available in the room. We had to keep asking for extra towels.

The resort has seen better days. Ageing infrastructure, pool villas not upto scratch with working pools and mosquitoes very very bad.
Food on offer for breakfast and buiffets was below par for a westerner. Christmas buffet was mosting dissapointing for the price paid.
Would i recommend, NO.
