Don’t usually do reviews. I decided to this time because the guy at the service desk went above and beyond helping me with the TV. Had an issue with it and he rectified it and was very cordial and nice about it. He was the epitome of a good service rep.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast super good. The gym and the hot tub wasn’t working. The fire alarm sounded very loud 2 times later night.
