The hotel was in a great location: very near stop #7 of the trolley tour; very near the Alamo, and there were stairs to the River Walk right around the corner.
We did have to ask for bath towels and a luggage rack. Our room was not serviced on our only day there and we had to ask for wash clothes, water and more coffee.
The desk staff were great and the requests were filled quickly, but these were things we shouldn’t have had to adk for.

The parking was excellent and safe. The car was waiting for me and I didn't have to wait when I got downstairs. The staff was more than helpful and friendly.
