On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. My only issue I had as a vegetarian was the staff offered me cooked to order options too late however this for me was a minor issue as I made good use of the fabulous gym!!!

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We even had the Front desk manager bring us to our room and show us how everything works, really a Boutique experience the Pool was very well maintained and clean

We stayed at the hotel for the nights. The staff were extremely helpful and patient as we also had a wheelchair for my mother. Accessibility in and around the hotel was very good.
There was three of us staying in one room and the room wasn't cramped at all. Even with the small bed pulled out, there was still space and it was very comfortable.
