It was disappointing to see so many guests trying to check in slightly early but everyone being told no until a magical time occurred. It was as if every room suddenly became available at 2:30pm for every guest - no room was available to any of the six people in lobby before then… if you truly want to put guests at the heart of everything you do, you can do better than this - this left a poor initial impression. Hotel otherwise was pretty good

Connected to CDG airport and easy to catch the train downtown to Notre Dame. Clean and comfortable, we will definitely stay again for international flights!
