The hotel is located just one block from the train station, which made it incredibly easy to walk there with our luggage. It's situated in an office building, and my only complaint is that I wish it were one block farther away from some of the nightly street noise.
We booked a family suite for our family with our 11- and 13-year-olds, and it was perfect. The suite consisted of two connecting rooms with a door between them and two bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with very cozy beds. Breakfast was an excellent continental spread that also included eggs and pancakes, which was a nice surprise.
The hotel was a 10-15 minute walk to all the highlights of Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful, and they even provided paper maps of Florence, which we found very useful. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and large with high ceilings and beautiful windows. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling with a lot of variety. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The location was excellent convienently located next to the train station and easy walking distance to all major attractions. Anna at the front desk was super nice and accommodating and the breakfast was very pleasant. The rooms are modern and spacious and my only issue, which is a personal preference, was that the beds and pillows were firmer than I like. However, I would definitely stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel in Florencia. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were, always ready to assist with recommendations and any requests.
