Reserved a king room and requested a room not facing the interstate. This property cannot offer that - all king rooms face the noisy interstate. The king rooms away from the interstate are all king suites - for an upcharge, of course! Being an IHG member at a property that was obviously less than 25% booked (about 15 cars in the lot), a complementary upgrade would have been a nice customer relations move. But no, it was "I'll need your credit card again."
And not even a friendly greeting! Worse, upon entry there was no one at the front desk until a housekeeper located the person.
Did not have this problem down I-74 at Greensburg property!
