Super recommended due location, confort and cleaness. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast organization. The place is too small and also it is open to the general public and there is no enough tables to seat.

The location of The Place is excellent. The neighbourhood is lovely and extremely walkable. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The terrace was quite large and lovely at night once it cooled off. I felt very relaxed here. Loved the restaurant!

We stayed here twice, once before our ski trip and again after returning to Santiago, and had a very good experience both times. The location is very convenient, right in the city, and the indoor parking garage was especially useful for us.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room was very comfortable. We also really appreciated having a kitchen in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient, and we could easily order food and have it delivered to the room. The prices were also quite reasonable.
For us, it was the perfect place to stay for a night before and after skiing—comfortable, practical, and very convenient. Definitely recommended!
