Loved it. Old school cape. Walk to beach and Skippers restaurant. Clean rooms, Friendly staff and nice pool. No air conditioning but we were fine with 2 fans. We will be back.

This is old school Cape Cod. Staff was wonderful - location incredible. Would stay here again.

Great stay. Nice to have the pool, many picnic tables to eat at, and easy availability of ice to add to coolers. Just a 1 minute walk to beach and pricey restaurant next door.
