This ain't the Ritz, so if that's what you're looking for, keep looking. The place is clean. The office staff is helpful. The place is dated. Amenities? A/C, fridge, microwave and in room coffee, iron and hair dryer. More than I needed and the price was right. I did extend by 1 night and the price doubled, but it was ok. Several bar/eateries in walking distance. I would go back.

You should know what you're getting by the price. It's not the Four Seasons. It's a decades old building with the bare minimum in terms of amenities. But it's in the heart of beautiful downtown Gaylord. We stayed a full week and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is right downtown. There is even a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. We stay here a lot when we come to Gaylord. It is inexpensive and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very nice too.
