8 / 10Eccellente·mar 2026
This is a nice hotel, clean and well staffed in proximity of the city center. However the beautiful indoor unheated pool’s water can be somewhat cold at times and the gym’s fitness instruments or machines could be improved. The restaurant is quite adequate as well but the food preparation and service needs a bit of fine tuning. Besides that overall good hotel with a great stay and friendly staff.

Great staff, room was spotless and good amenities. Very quiet but close to the centre of Halong city and pier for the cruises
