Stayed here for two nights and it was amazing! The room was huge! And the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering us trip ideas/tourist attractions if wanted. The gentleman at check in was awesome by making jokes and overall a great person to meet. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and along the way you have everything you could want from pharmacies, convenience stores and amazing restaurants and cafes right on the street from the hotel. Absolutely recommend!

We booked and paid for 8 nights in advance but stayed for just 4 nights and found a better place in Grand World. Closer to the beach.
The property managers were nice and helpful but not very generous with giving us a refund for the days we didn’t stay.
We found the area poor in the choices of restaurants and stores. The restaurants only open after 11am in the mornings, surprising for a tourist oriented area. But that was consistent even in other areas of Phu Quoc.
