We had a brief overnight stay at The Rocky Cove B&B for our time in Ilfracombe, North Devon. Being an older property, the amenities were adequate for our short stay.
We were lucky enough to find parking at the front of the property but like all places in the UK, if this was not available, would have been challenging.
Our host was very accommodating but be sure to note that even though the property is a B&B, breakfast may not automatically be included in your rate which the host pointed out on arrival.

Conveniently located ,my room was clean and modern.
Breakfast was good.
My only gripe was that although it is common with hotel chains for breakfast to be extra, when staying in a Bed & Breakfast I expect Breakfast to be included in the price when booking and not as an extra.
The sign above the door says Bed &Breakfast and that’s what I expect when I book.

Fab owner. Location top. Room clean and practical. Calm window view on nature but in the centre. Would come back.

"Jonah was a lovely host, he was so friendly and helpful from the minute I arrived at the Rocky Cove. He was helpful enough to recommend taxi drivers as I was attending a wedding. Breakfast was delicio..."
