So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control.
