This was our third visit and hopefully not out last. The location - backing to a salt marsh where we could watch the tides - was spectacular, and our room #3 was very cozy. It had everything we needed - including a beautiful balcony with rocking chairs. There are no restaurants close by, but a light continental breakfast was provided at the office. The motel is right off Route 6A, which was amazingly quiet at night.

This was a great place to stay! The staff were helpful and the property has a beautiful view with plenty of outdoor space.

I loved the view and setting. We stayed in The Ivy Cottage and it was an older property but very cute and the people who ran it were extremely helpful and kind in anything we needed.
