Great staff, room was very clean and great location. Only downside was the street noise at night: no fault of the hotel! Would give 5 stars all round but for inrerrupted sleep by street noise on Saturday night.

Great location, especially if you’re driving as they are outside the ZTL. Very helpful staff who make every effort to help.

Centrally located to key sites and the bus and metro that runa directly to Palermo airport. They upgraded me for free so my room was very spacious and updated. Above all else, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a well-priced option for all the amenities
