The reception staff were particularly helpful, in arranging to extend our stay when our travel plans were disrupted by a tropical storm.

It was a great location, nice hotel, helpful staff that speak english well. They also have a bike storage area at the hotel if you decide to rent bikes ( there is a place right by the hotel to rent and it was fun)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was right near a train stop that you need to get to kyoto station. Also great connections if you're going to Nara or Fushimi temple. Beds were really comfy too. Also want to say a massive thank you to Peter at reception who went above and beyond - we had issues with some of our luggage from a previous hotel and he was so attentive and made sure everything was okay.

It’s a great hotel to stay! Location is perfect, facilities are great, breakfast is very good but could have better bread though (it always feels day) but appart from that it’s a great buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and all feels right about this hotel. I recommend the hotel and for a Garden In, it’s certainly raising the bar! Great option!
