I would really like to highlight the incredible staff and customer service at this hotel. It was truly outstanding.
My husband unfortunately missed his flight and urgently needed somewhere close to the airport to stay for the night. In the middle of the night we called East Gate Hotel, and they were more than happy to accommodate him at such short notice.
Because he didn’t have any phone signal, I asked the staff if they could kindly inform me once he arrived safely. They did this immediately, which gave me so much peace of mind.
From that moment on, they took amazing care of him — providing a comfortable room, breakfast, dinner, and even arranging a drop-off back to the airport the following day so he could catch his flight.
The whole situation was extremely stressful for us as a family, as so much had happened that was completely out of our control. However, the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff made both my husband and all of us back home feel reassured and at ease.
I would recommend East Gate Hotel a million percent. My entire family has saved their details because we were all so impressed by their exceptional service.
Thank you so much, East Gate Hotel. Your kindness truly made a difficult situation so much easier.
