EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! They upgraded us to deluxe with no charge. They were amazing and so welcoming. Try to help us to find our way in the city as well.

This was an excellent choice for the price point. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Location was easy to get to (some nearby hotels difficult to find on narrow cobblestone streets). Walking distance to Castle and valley sites.
Pleasant stay overall! Would book there again.
Bathroom lighting could be brighter.

Our room was upgraded. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Reception was friendly. We stayed 2 nights. 2 adults. Price Quality was in balance. It was silent and you could hear the birds. The garden was nice and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided all the essentials we needed. It’s also a great choice for travelers on a budget. Perfect balance of comfort and value!
